Another idea from Peter Dow was to have a comparison operator that'd compare by subfields, not by the entire data structure - somewhat like EVAL-CORR, it could be a BIF or something like that.

No change to behavior, just an additional way to compare.

When I get a little time, I think I'll submit this with the use cases already presented and suggestions.
