I always place the name on a separate line. If I use that only with longer
than 14 and then I need to change the name I have to turn around and move
it up. If you always put on a separate line with three dots then it is
always consistent.

But I still don't get the business with the name on one line,
followed by 3 periods, and then the rest of the declaration on the
next line. Where is that in the manual?

I use that frequently ... but only when the procedure name is longer than
14 characters.

Otherwise I just put it on the same line as the PR or PI.

Style is the only reason I can think of to split it always.
