Our operations department have already logged the issue with PTC.

In the meantime, I was hoping other users of Implementer may have come across the same issue and have a solution.

Maybe the wrong list but wondering if anyone can help ?

Using MKS Implementer 2009 SP1.

This is definetely the wrong list ... please contact PTC Customer Care for assistance... To get to us fastest, dial 1-800-477-6435, option 5-Integrity Products, 2-Implementer.

Cases can be logged from the web: https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/case/case_logger.jsp
