I agree with Mark - 15 Mb seems like a lot. Perhaps zipping it on the i
before sending it as an attachment?

You did not say what "error(s)" you are getting -- but I suspect you are
running into these typical limits imposed by most ISPs.

*NOTE:* this could be happening at your ISP or at the ISP of the person
to whom you are trying to send the e-mail attachment.

Perhaps you could just e-mail a link to where they can download the
large file from -- many free services, like "dropbox" let you do this.
