Thanks to all.
The problem was in the message file name. I did not have enough spaces
between the QCPFMSG and *LIBL.

Once I fixed that, it worked fine.

Once again, the members of this list have come through for me.

Jeff,

Whilst Scott's 'DIE' procedure works very well in many cases, if you're not
sure where it's going to be called from (how many levels deep in your
application), you might want to add a second, optional parameter to it,
specifying the number of levels up the call stack to send the message.
Currently, this is hard-coded as 3, but if you might be calling it from
different call stack levels, it may not be sending the message to the
correct place.

In the DIE procedure, if the optional parameter is passed, use that as the
value to pass as the 7th parameter (CallStkCnt) to QMHSNDPM, otherwise use
the default value of 3.

That all being said, I suspect that you've mis-entered the values for the
message file, and that's why you're getting the current CPF2407 error.
Personally, I'd create a variable as follows:

D Msgf C 'QCPFMSG *LIBL '

and specify that as the 2nd parameter (QualMsgf) to QMHSNDPM.
