Easy enough to do with EXPAT. I could send you a framework if you
haven't used before.

to the parser. This is actually started as a one time load (with many test
runs to verify it's correct) but has potential for many subsequent uses.

I wouldn't try to use XML-INTO to parse that XML document. I think you
could probably get all the individual pieces of the data, all the
headers, all the details etc, but there would be no way to associate the
details with the headers.
