Is 100 bytes the proper length for the data you wrote?

What do you mean by "cannot open it"? Do you get an error?

When I look at the properties for the file, it shows 0 bytes for the file
size.
The file name is I123456_0.csv.

You just told us that the properties said 100 bytes. Are you suggesting that after you try to open it with Windows, the file's contents get deleted? Or are you saying that you get different results from one interface vs. another? (If so, what is that 2nd interface?)

Are you absolutely certain you are viewing the same directory of the IFS? This sort of problem usually means you have two copies in different locations.
