do you see anything strange if you do a DSPFFD between the two files?

File 1 - DDS: http://code.midrange.com/d9e8f69923.html
File 2 - SQL: http://code.midrange.com/08cab3a254.html

Record length matches
Record format names match
Field Count matches
Number and order of fields matches.
Field names, data types and size of fields should match since File1's fields are defined as reference fields

We have a SQL file, TAXSTMTP. We also have a DDS file, CURTAXP.
CURTAXP is like a history/save file of TAXSTMTP. Our "cur" files are
multi-member, so they can't be created via SQL, which is why they are
created using DDS source.

These two files, compiled at 'the same time', one after the other,
results in the following format IDs:

TAXSTMTP: 43856FE31EAC4
CURTAXP: 43856FE31EAB4

What is the DDS and what is the DDL?
