I had encountered an issue where a service program of mine was compiling incorrectly in regard to omitted prototypes for internal procedures. In order to get it to work I had to add the prototype back in. This has been fixed in a PTF (I was directed to the PTF). There was obviously some other things going on that caused the issue, because in general omitting internal procedure prototypes has not caused any (known) issues.

Being that the removal of internal procedure prototypes is pretty standard here now that we're at 7.1, this seems like a really important PTF, so I wanted to share it so others don't walk into the same issue I did.
