You may try to add the keyword EXTBININT(*YES) to the H-Specs, so the
integer fields are not converted into 9P 0.

This is my h-specs:

    H actgrp('EGOV') bnddir('MODULES':'EGOV') dftactgrp(*no)
    H option(*srcstmt:*nodebugio) datfmt(*usa)

Doing a search for "CVTOPT", "Option" (except compiler options), and
"Convert" didn't turn up anything in the source listing. There is no
default set for CRTBNDRPG either.

converted...you probably don't want them to be.
