Well, in my mind, there shouldn't be a handler. Green screen 5250
programs should just be one flavor of UI, all of which call common
non-UI business logic. Then the UI code is whatever you want it to be.
The idea of a middleware between 5250 and graphical is a decade too late.
Instead, I'd rather see OAR used to wrap existing 5250 program and
present them as services. That was something I was toying with back in
the early days of PSC/400. That way you could immediately provide
external access to your business logic, while laying a foundation for
rewriting.
