If no QPDSPJOB was produced for the MCH1210 [for which DMPLST(*JOB) was enabled], then the DFTPGM will not run either; i.e. the condition was not considered an unmonitored exception, which is a pre-requisite for both parameters. I am surprised by that however, since I recalled that the "default handler" activation of the HLL run-time was effected by same; i.e. as unmonitored exception processing.
