Try this:

MyVar = 'This is a sentence of around 130 characters +
containing apostrophes an''all';

apostrophes must be duplicated.
To split a row simply add a + sign at the end of the row (an ending
apostophe is not necessary) and continue the text in the next row without
leading apostrophe either
When using the + sign the text continues with the next not blank character.

You also can use a - sign (instead of the + sign), but with an - sign the
text continues with the next (blank) character in the next row.

Betreff: Eval variable = long text

Hi all,

In Free form,

How do I write :

MyVar = "This is a sentence of around 130 characters containing apostrophes
an'all"

Message file is not a possibility for me.

I don't want to put it in a constant as I think it will never be reused and
I cannot give it a meaningful name.

Thanks
