You have to insert a EXEC SQL statement in your program with SAVEPOINT and use
the SQL ROLLBACK statement instead of ROLBCK :
ex :

Exec SQL SAVEPOINT A ON ROLLBACK RETAIN CURSORS;
Key = 1;
Chain Key Myfile;
....
Update Format;

Exec SQL Rollback Work TO Savepoint A;
