Vern will that work if I've read 4 rows and my subfile holds 4 rows per page and there are no more records to read? EOF will be off.

Make it cute - set the conditioning indicator to
%eof(yourfile) after the READ-loop. Setting the indicator
applies whether page-at-a-time or load-all.

The SFLEND keyword controls the MORE/BOTTOM text, (or
+/blank, or Scroll Bar) - nothing more. It must be coded with
a conditioning indicator.

Because SFLEND is coded - irrespective of whether the
indicator is On or Off - you will normally see the MORE text.

It is only when the last page of the subfile is displayed
AND the indicator is set On, that BOTTOM will appear. Since
you are coding a load-all subfile program, a convenient place
to set the indicator might be immediately after the data has
been loaded, or just before you display the subfile.
