Almost certainly this is just due to the fact that the compiler module which
sends the previous messages returns to the module which parses the procedure
with an error code. That module (the one which parses the procedure call),
just throws a generic error, which, in most cases, is indeed due to the fact
that the procedure wasn't defined properly.

BTW, you don't need to use %trim for the second parameter to QCMDEXC - you
can simply pass this:

execcmd(command:%len(command));

It doesn't make much difference, but it probably saves a CPU cycle or two,
and those unnecessary %trims add up over time. Plus, it makes your code
slightly simpler to read...
