Hi everyone.

Can Program1 call Program2 with a procedure pointer as a parameter to tell program2 which subprocedure of program2 to call?

I think this is impossible as Program1 needs to get the procedure address of the subprocedures in program2. But, I am often wrong.

Thanks.

You can easily do what you want using the technique outlined at the ned of this article http://www.itjungle.com/fhg/fhg033110-story01.html - there are other ways to achieve the same thing but this is the most "RPG version.

I would also recommend looking at call-back techniques which may be a better answer to your basic requirement.
