What I've done in this situation is to define the function key that I
wanted to be the toggle as just a regular CFxx function key so that
control would always be returned to the program.
I assigned some other unused function key on the SFLDROP and SFLFOLD
keywards (and did not put a legend for it on the screen because it's
not intended to actually be used).
