If you've got Scott's level of expertise with XML, then doing it
directly with evals probably is pretty easy.
However, for the rest of us, the CGIDEV2 option may be easier as you
build the XML structure externally as a template separately from the
RPG code that populates it. So for instance, if you've got web guys
or .NET guys that can build the template or even doing it yourself
using various tools.
