are you running the program from QSH or from PASE?

And BTW, I wouldn't make a symbolic link from the root file system into
the QOpenSys file system. The root file system has not he same features
as the QOpenSys file system (f. e. case sensitivity).

I dont know this is the right place to post this.

I have installed 7Zip to my i, and add the symbolic link as bellow
ln -s /usr/local /QOpenSys/usr/local

when i tried to run 7zip gave me the following error
Could not load program /QOpenSys/usr/local/lib/p7zip/7z:
Dependent module libstdc++.a(libstdc++.so.6) could not be
loaded.
Could not load module libstdc++.a(libstdc++.so.6).
Error was: No such file or directory

Can any one guide me.
