The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I don't think the HEADER is clearing the screen as it is only written to
once at the beginning of the program and is then never written to again.
It just contains some program title info that is never updated.

Likely because HEADER is clearing the screen and WINDOW is not.
