I set up a separate pc in which I do all this kind of pc/as400 work. One
way
of doing it is to have a vb program/service running that uses data
queues.
The vb program would receive a command via the data queue, do its thing,
then pass results back via another data queue. You can also write
results to
a file on the iseries.
