This occurred when I added scoping. The procedure name used to be defined
as a variable, but it would never work if you used it in an SQL statement.
So I stopped defining it. I never thought of being able to do a LIKE on
it.

Contact IBM support and mention that this problem should be routed to Gina
Whitney.

Why it works on some V5R4 machines and not others is because the
precompiler scoping support was supplied in a PTF.

The precompiler is different than the compiler when specifying TGTRLS
(*PRV). For the compiler, there is a compiler for each release. The
release in the TGTRLS parameter determines which compiler version is
called. There is only one precompiler. There are only a few places where
the precompiler checks the release. So most of the time, precompiling
with TGTRLS(*PRV) won't make a difference.
