It describes how to display spool files in a browser, with example
programs in the "optional materials" that comes with the redbook, here:

Even though this Redbook talks about "WebFacing", the approach of
reading a spool file and displaying it in a browser should be readily
adaptable to CGIDEV2, or any CGI approach.
