I am creating an excel spreadsheet with multiple tabs. Let's say the
first tab is called 'AAA' and the second tab is 'BBB'. I need to add
multiple record information into the same tabs without using a direct
loop, i.e. I add data to 'AAA' and then 'BBB' and then need to add more
data to 'AAA'.

Is this possible without having to create more tabs with different
names?

I assume you're using HSSF and the POI utility to do this. In that case,
you can do this by using separate variables for the individual sheets.
