You can get* Scott's Expat port without HTTPAPI if you like. I've only
used Expat for XML processing in RPG, since I was at V5R3 when writing
the programs. However, my understanding is that XML-SAX with the
%HANDLER gives equivalent functionality, so if starting from scratch and
V5R4+, why not use the built in option instead of a third-party tool
(even if it's a great third-party tool)?
