As far as I remember there is a free tool to convert O-Specs into DDS
described printerfiles (JCRPRTF)

I searched the archives, and based on what I found, I have a feeling that
the answer is no. But, I figure I'd throw this out there...Is there a
utility available to convert O specs in an RPG IV program to an external
print file?
