A bit of basic problem determination would not go astray here!

Running ADDLIBLE for a library already in the library list will generate the first error. You know that hence the (e) on callp to catch and ignore the error. As Rob pointed out you should remove that *expected* exception message from the job log.

The real problem is the null pointer error (and the recursion encountered by the default exception handler). You need to examine the message details to see the from and to programs. That will give you some idea of where the problem lies.

Given that your later append indicates signoff/signon "solved" the problem I suspect you've reclaimed an activation group inappropriately or you're running code in the default activation group and you've deleted/recompiled a program/service program thus buggering up (technical term) your job environment.
