So the exact requirement is to get the batch/interactive environment
variable of the job of the executing program causing the trigger to
fire? If that is the case and you can find out if the trigger instance
is running in the same job, this information is part of the SDS info.

Just of the top of my head (without access to an AS/400)

Anyone know of the best way to determine which program is the causing
execution of a trigger program.

I would like to do different things when trigger is executed as the
result of an interactive change to a file as opposed to one caused by a
batch change.
