Have you tried putting parenthesis around
"%xfoot(%SubArr(Des:NumTag+1:15-Numtag)) > *zeros"?
Yes, tried every possible combination, but still no luck.

How about :
MONITOR;
If %xfoot(%SubArr(Des:NumTag+1:15-Numtag)) > *zeros ;
ON-ERROR xxxx
It is not a run-time error, is a compiler error: i get RNF0631 when i
check/compile source.

BTW, i have open a call to IBM support, wait for reply....
