Date fields not being retrieved

Hi ,

I have a printer file Program Test.
Records for this program are selected with OPNQRYF

OVRDBF FILE(ABC)

OPNQRYF FILE(ABC) QRYSLT(SELECT WHERE DATE1 > '2006-07-01'

CALL PGM(TEST) .

All the date fields are being retrieved as Blanks.Other field values are
being retrieved correctly.
The Program is compiled with the CVTOPT *DATETIME.

Any suggestions as to why the date fields are being retrieved as Blanks?

Thanks
Derek
