Long names
Qualified Data Structures.
Sub-procedures
Local Variables
Built-in functions.
Free-Format SQL


Dynamic linking and scoped variables.
Pointer math and pointer-based procedures.

There are things OO is great for (GUI), but, for business
programming, good 'ol top-down procedural RPG is the way to go.
