Would that mean if say in V6R2 a new BIF was added you could not use it in SEU?

I'm curious cause this might push the remaining developers in our shop to use WDSC/RDI........

The stabilization starts logically at the end of V6R1, not the
beginning. SEU was enhanced in V6R1 to support new syntax in RPG and
COBOL. But it won't be enhanced after V6R1.
