How can you throw an exception over the method with the try/finally?
Is this Java only? I don't see a way to do it in C#.

Huh? You mean code like:

Try {
DoSomething();
}

Catch (Exception ex)
{
LogException(ex);
}

Where DoSomething() can throw an exception that is not caught by the
catch block? You can't do that in C#, I'm surprised you can do that in
Java. Why would you want to?

There is a special case in .net for the ThreadAbortExcption where it
will be caught by the catch block, but it will be rethrown
automatically.
