OnHand = OpeningBalance + Receipts + Adjustments - Issues
So, yes, you do have to sometimes know the fields to decide on whether
or
not to subtract or add.
About the only field I ever expect to have some negative values (along
with some positive ones) is Adjustments.
So I would use the
+ Credit
in your case.
