How can I get the same message in an RPG variable ?

msgID = 'SQL' + %trim(%char(%abs(sqlCode))));

See the QMHSNDPM API to send the message, or else write a CL module to execute the SNDPGMMSG command using the values you pass (&MSGID and &SQLERRMC). Google or an archive search should turn up more info on QMHSNDPM than you can shake a stick at, including examples.
