Is your display compiled with RSTDSP(*YES)?

Sorry to bother y'all, but I have an RPG display program ('old style')
calling another program whose only function is to display a window. (I've
coded an unused "ASSUME" record in the 2nd program so the 1st program's
screen is not erased when the 2nd loads.) All works well the first time.
However, after returning to the 1st program, all subsequent presses of the
function key display the 2nd program's window with NO BORDER around it,
which looks very ugly. I've tried it with and without USRRSTDSP in the 2nd
program, all to no avail.

This is a very small but very annoying issue. What on earth could I be
doing/not doing that could cause this? Any ideas?
Thanks (in advance).
