As Adam said, right-click in your RPGLE source, glide over New-> and take the Java Method Call. It's been awhile, but you should get prompted for the class, jar, etc., methods and all.

In the Source->New menu, there are three options:
Procedure
D-Specification
Java Method Call

Can't comment more than that on the Java Method Call wizard, but I use
the new procedure wizard all the time to save a bit of typing.
