You must save it save it to a valid Windows file name.
With the file name /Excel/Combined CAT to Premium 03/31/2008.xls it will
interpret 03/31/2008 as characters in a directory structure.

If you change the name to /Excel/Combined CAT to Premium 03_31_2008.xls I
think it should work.

Subject: error saving spreadsheet

I'm using Scott Klement's HSSF to create spreadsheets.

My latest program runs fine until it reaches the hssf_save procedure, where
I get RNX0301 on the following statement:

wwFile = new_FileOutputStream(wwStr);

The variables are as follows;
wwStr = 11702
peFilename = /Excel/Combined CAT to Premium 03/31/2008.xls
peBook = 8

Can anyone tell me what this error means? Debug in 7.0.0.4 shows me where
this is happening but does not give me much to go on for fixing it.
