To everyone who replied, Thank You!

I have Scott's code compiled, but I'm having a class not found problem...

But hopefully I'll have that figured out soon.

Thanks again,
tim

Subject: RE: Retrieveing SQL Server data, from RPG using jdbc.

<snip>
I have a need to access a SQL server from an RPG program. And I would
like to use the JAVA jdbc for SQL server to do this.

And then iter through my result set and write it to an as/400 PF.

Is there a link to some code, or has anybody done this?
<snip>

I use a modified version of Scott's JDBC service program (Conform to our
names standards) on a daily basis to read SQL Server data and write
physical files. Also, check a value in SQL Server and update AS/400
tables.

Just added the support for calling stored procedures. Works great.
