RE: When a compile fails

Change it to *PND.
Stops all PRINTED joblogs on V5R4.
Instead of the WRKJOB showing the job as *OUTPUT it may show as *PND.
Prior to V5R4 if you saw a job like that you assumed an abnormal
termination - at least as drastic as ENDJOBABN. If you really want the
printed joblog you can still do a DSPJOBLOG JOB(...) OUTPUT(*PRINT) on
that job. It's a little different being able to use option 10 to look at
a joblog on a job that is completed but you adapt.

We've also found out that this slows down the users from deleting much
needed joblogs to help rectify certain problems. They no longer show up
in WRKSPLF.
