Move does funny things. Instead of fussing about an old and deprecated opcode why not do a z-add or an eval?
The other possibility is that the field on the printer output field following QNUM is overlaying field QNUM? Try commenting the field *after* QNUM in the specs and see if its fixed, move the line of code for the field following QNUM to just before the line of code for QNUM, or use edit code N on QNUM (Left side zero) and see if the pennies column disappears.
