I found this APAR while searching for some symptoms:

Has anyone else seen this or had this problem?

I recall a similar problem happening on a much earlier release where the temporary SQL source appeared in the module information. I thought that had been fixed ages ago. I couldn't find the APAR I'm thinking of but did find SE14523 for VRM510, VRM520, and VRM530 so maybe it recurred. Both these later APARs appear to be a different problem related to specifying something other than RPGPPOPT(*NONE) during compile so perhaps that's a work-around for you.

One of my customers ran into this problem. When you do a DSPPGM and then
press Enter to get to the *MODULE information, it should show the name
of the original source file, library and member name and date/time
stamp, not the name of the temporary source member in QTEMP generated by
the SQL preprocessor.

Does anyone know if there is a PTF for this APAR yet?

Closed PER means they've accepted it as a Programming ERror. In normal circumstances I'd expect a PTF however because this more an inconvenience than a problem it may be "fixed in a future release" but I thought that had a different code (DF1, DE1, something like that). You could always phone support and ask when a PTF might be made available.

Simon Coulter.
