Perhaps instead of the SNDDST command you should look at the QtmmSendMail
API at

Some people prefer the JavaMail. One person said that the JavaMail didn't
perform as well for large scale.
Dave Leland wrapped the QtmmSendMail api with a nice command called
SNDEMAIL. A few people have discovered some minor bugs with it but we use
it a lot in production, with attachments, etc. I think Dave's article was
out years ago in one of the trade mags. You might be able to search for
him and SNDEMAIL.
I am pretty sure that SNDDST is limited to attachments in QDLS, which you
want to avoid.
