I beleive he is looking for the data area that contains the default values for the RPG "H" spec.
From what I recall, it does not exist by default, but if you create a data area called RPGHSPEC and format it with your defaults, the compiler will bring that in.
I do not think that it works with RPG IV.

sounds dense. What programming problem are you trying to solve? Use a
data area in your program (like to get the last invoice number used?)
RPG Reference, D-specification keyword DTAARA() (there are other ways)
Automatically have the compiler supply a Header-specification based on a
pre-defined data area? RPG Reference, chapter 13 Something else?
