Were you hoping that
MyNbr = %dec(12345 : 5 : 2);
would return 123.45?  That isn't how it works.
If Ary= 12345 : 1234.5 : 123.45 : 12.345 : 1.2345 : .12345
MyNbr would then equal
error : error : 123.45 : 12.34 : 1.23 : 0.12
It's more of a truncation thing versus the rounding of %DECH, than a "slap 
a decimal position 2 digits in from the right of a 5 digit field" sort of 
thing.
