If nothing else, you could DSPDDMF to print then query the print for the
system name...

Lim,

I was looking for this the other day. I couldn't find any direct access
to it :-(

A developer wanted to submit a job to the remote system where the ddm
file pointed, and so wanted the remote system name. I ended up telling
them to use the same ddm file for the sbmrmtcmd.

What do you want it for?

I'd be interested in knowing of there is a way as well. I couldn't find
anything in the API's that would return it...

Crispin.

Is there a way to get the system name of a DDM file that the RPG
program
uses?
