Validating ABA routing number -- RPG400-L

Hi all,

 

I have an application where I need to validate an ABA bank routing number. I
was given a site

 

http://www.webservicex.net/aba.asmx?op=GetABADetailsByRoutingNumber

 

that give an example of how to do this. The problem I am having is not
knowing how to implement this logic from the iseries using RPG.

 

I am on version 5.4.

 

Any suggestions or ideas.
