Create a duplicate of the appropriate create command into a library
higher than QSYS on your system library list.

CHGCMDDFT CMD(<yourlib>/<crt cmd>) NEWDFT('dbgview(*list)')

fwiw: This really has nothing to do specifically with RPG programming,
just command defaults, so further discussion should be on MIDRANGE-L
