The message actually indicates the timestamp on the associated space is different from the timestamp on the source member.

I think your problem is caused by specifying the same source file for both input and output when calling the QbnEndPreProcessor() API. Looks to me like the expectation is that each pre-processor creates its own output as a result of whatever it does. In your case there is no change to the source but I think you're still expected to create a new source file (or member) and copy the source into it. The next stage will use the new output file.

Also, why is OUTMBR declared as VARYING?
